Minerva is provided by Orbtronics Ltd for internal business use only. By using Minerva you agree to:

• Use the tool solely for company expense reconciliation.
• Submit only receipts/documents you are authorized to share.
• Acknowledge that automated matching is assistive; financial records remain subject to human review by the company accountant.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Orbtronics Ltd is not liable for accounting errors arising from unreviewed automated matches.
