Privacy Policy

Minerva is an internal tool of Orbtronics Ltd. It processes expense receipt images submitted by company staff via a private Telegram group.

• What is processed: receipt photos/PDFs and the vendor, date, and amount extracted from them; matching QuickBooks transaction references.
• Where data lives: on Orbtronics-controlled infrastructure (a single private server). Receipt files and the local database are not shared with third parties beyond the processors below.
• Processors: Telegram (message transport), Google (Gemini API — used to read receipt text from images), and Intuit QuickBooks Online (financial records).
• Retention: receipts are retained until removed by an administrator or the accounting retention period ends.
• No advertising, no resale, no third-party marketing. Access is limited to authorized company personnel.
